The KAP Mini Retreat is a transformative day-long experience combining ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), yoga therapy, and sound healing. Designed for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ individuals navigating trauma, this retreat offers a safe, culturally responsive space to reconnect with your body, process ancestral wounds, and reclaim a sense of safety within yourself and your lineage(s). Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy is a holistic modality that uses low-dose ketamine to support deeper emotional breakthroughs during therapy sessions. When combined with somatic practices like yoga and sound healing, participants often experience profound insights, emotional release, and increased nervous system regulation. This retreat is ideal for those seeking healing from complex trauma, intergenerational trauma, or the cumulative effects of racism, discrimination, and systemic oppression. Unlike traditional ketamine therapy sessions, this retreat integrates bodywork and community support, creating space for participants to explore their inner landscapes while feeling held by compassionate facilitators and fellow attendees.
